Alfredo Vasquez, Esq. is the founder of Vasquez Law. He advises and represents real estate owners, investors, businesses, and individuals in landlord-tenant, community association, and other real estate disputes. His clients range from local churches, small businesses, and condominium owners to property management companies, national real estate firms, and international investors. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Alfredo appears regularly before the D.C. Superior Court, the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings, and other District agencies. He has also litigated in Fairfax County, the City of Alexandria, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Before founding his firm, Alfredo practiced at a general practice firm in Washington, D.C., and served as a legal aid attorney in Fairfax County. He previously advised on corporate governance matters at domestic and international publicly traded companies with an institutional shareholder advisory firm.

In 2026, Alfredo was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Real Estate Law. He sits on the D.C. Bar's Continuing Legal Education Committee and has served on the boards of directors of the Alexandria Bar Association and the Alexandria Bar Foundation. He presents at CLE programs and property manager seminars and appears as a legal commentator on local television news.

Alfredo is a graduate of Duke University and earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2012. A Washington, D.C. resident, he spends his free time learning languages, practicing photography, cooking, and following D.C. United.
